NEW YEAR RETREAT DAY  - SATURDAY, 20TH OF January 2024

Dear All,

You are invited to a Retreat Day at Allanton on Saturday the 20th of January, from 10 - 3pm. You are welcome to arrive from 9:30 to settle in and get comfy so we can all start together at 10am.

This is a day for quiet guided contemplation to take the time to think about the year ahead, as we nurture the wellbeing of our bodies, minds and spirits.

The day will start with a gentle yoga practice accessible for all levels and abilities, on the mat or chair.

We will continue the day with reflective meditative practices, in Allanton's meditation room and/or outside in the beautiful grounds of Allanton Peace Sanctuary, taking time to recognise the power our thoughts, words and actions have, in the creation of our own and others' wellbeing.

The cost for the day is £25, with complimentary soup (vegan, gluten free) and refreshments. Nibbles to share welcomed. Please note, we are not able to accommodate various dietary requirements, so if you are on a specific diet please bring your own lunch.
