7. CHOWA HOUSE
Meditation Space
Only available during events and by request.
Please take your shoes off when you enter.
This is a quiet and sacred space for contemplation, healing and meditation. Sometimes we need time to assimilate, process and digest our experiences. This can only take place, when we prioritise our wellbeing by giving ourselves the permission to be quiet, feel safe and allow ourselves the opportunity to just BE.
There are countless meditation methods to choose from…
Some examples:
Breathe in I am a Divine Being, breathe out May Peace Prevail on Earth.
Breathe in I am love, breathe out All is well.
Breath in for 4 counts. Hold your breath for 7 counts. Then slowly breathe out for 8 counts.
Or simply sit in stillness.
Children
Find a comfortable sitting position. Sit quietly.
Put one hand on your chest, the other hand on your tummy.
Breath in for 4 counts, then slowly breathe out for 4 counts.
Repeat 3 times or more.
Instead of counting 1,2,3,4 when breathing in, say to yourself ‘I am loved’, then while breathing out ‘All is well’.
