WHAT: A lighthearted and fun workshop focussing on self care and love.
We will cover meditation and grounding / how to connect with your authentic and higher self / how to find belonging within yourself / energy and frequency (quantum physics) / how the universe and the law of attraction works / self healing / how to channel your creativity / neuroscience and understanding your nervous system / how to organise and rewire your brain to make it serve you better / how to navigate through your life’s natural ups and downs / and most importantly, how to manifest the life you want.
We believe it’s super fun, fascinating and practical. We hope you will too!

WHERE: Allanton Peace Sanctuary, DG2 0RY.
This will be a safe space for attendees to be their authentic selves without any judgement or being put on the spot.

WHEN: Saturday the 24th of Feb from 10 to 5pm.
You are welcome to arrive from 9:30 to settle in and get comfy so we can all start together at 10am.

WHO: For young adults over the age of 18.

COST: £25 - with complimentary soup (vegan, gluten free) and refreshments. Nibbles to share welcomed. Please note, we are not able to accommodate various dietary requirements, so if you are on a specific diet please bring your own lunch. All proceeds will go towards the charity.
